Deer hunting base layer Purchased these for my son for his base layer. When we would go hunting his thermals from one of the large chains just weren't helping to keep him comfortable and focused. It's hard to enjoy yourself when you are cold. These made all the difference in the world to him. I already knew what a difference a quality wool base layer could make, and now so does my son. We would definitely recommend! December 25, 2014
The best long johns your kids will ever have. We're on our second pair of these excellent comfortable long johns after 3 seasons. Our younger son can still wear the older one's hand me downs. And that is because these are high quality, not because my boys don't ski, and play hard in cold weather. They are just the best we've found and it is nice that they are wearing natural fiber against their skin not just another plastic derivative. December 8, 2014
Love it My son wears his shirt as soon as it starts to get chilly- under school clothes, under soccer uniform- he never overheats- perfect base layer November 6, 2014
5 yr old loves them, not itchy! My 5 yr old skis 3-5 hours in this top and it keeps her warm and dry the entire time. She is really happy that it doesn't make her itch. Yes, it's expensive but it's worth it. January 24, 2014
Great Investment After experiencing the quality and function of Icebreaker products, I knew I had to order the Oasis Longsleeve Crew for my 13 month old daughter for our trip to Buffalo, NY. This was a great investment. I feel great about her being warm and comfortable inside and out in the snow! Thank you for the great function and color choices, too. January 7, 2014
No complaints from Son at 2f! We skied this weekend at 2f and no complaints on body warmth from my son, foot warmth is another story! He loves this top, it is a gorgeous blue and so soft. Very comfortable to wear and I would highly recommend. December 16, 2013
For the Girl who has Everything My granddaughter had one of these when she was younger and asked for another. She is very active and appreciates the breatheability of this fabric at age 10 even though she doesn't bother with the why. I bought the eggplant color and the gray for her this holiday. keeps my kids warm and cozy I bought this top for all three of my kids. It looks great and keeps them warm all day at school (where they go outside rain or shine). December 10, 2013
My kids' favourite every day My son loves his Icebreaker 200gm merino for everyday wear in our northern region when outside temperature drops and inside school temperature remains high. Outisde, he keeps himself warm and dry; inside he stays dry and confortable even after 15 minutes active exercising with friends. Same story with the girls 200gm merino. Both kids LOVE the Icebreaker wear. November 1, 2013
Not for skinny and tall boy If you child skinny and tall, I would recommend to look for other brands. I got this top for my 3y and the fit is not good. The sleeves are ok, but the overall fit is too wide and short. Go back to Polarn o Pyret. The fabric quality is ok. December 26, 2013
Odd cut My 4-year-old is solidly build, and this shirt was an odd fit on him. We got a size 4, and while the shirt was plenty big enough, it was too short in the arms and waist. We're exchanging for the next size up to compensate, but I'm worried it may be huge and baggy in the trunk, since the shirt's cut is super roomy width-wise, but short-armed and short-waisted.
