Track a Shipment
Once your Icebreaker has been shipped, you can track it by logging into your account and viewing the shipment and tracking information shown in your Order History. You will also be sent a tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email.

Orders of $99 or more will receive FREE Ground Shipping. Your order will be shipped once credit card authorizations have been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.
As you will understand, we reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.
Note: We cannot ship to a PO Box or APO/ FPO address or any address outside the US.
Properly completed orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Therefore you can expect to receive your order in 5-8 business days, depending on the final destination.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Properly completed orders received prior to 12:00pm will be processed the same business day. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You can expect delivery 2 business days after your order is shipped.
UPS Next Day Air
Properly completed orders received prior to 12:00pm will be processed the same business day. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You can expect delivery 1 business day after the order is shipped.

Refunds on Shipping Charges
If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order, or if you receive a damaged product, we will refund the shipping charges to your credit card. And we will feel deeply embarrassed for a bit. (Then hopefully we'll all get over it and move on together, having formed a stronger bond as a result).
