Runner's delight I have ditched all other running tops for this thing. I can wear it three days in a row for long hill runs and it doesn't smell rancid, on top of the fact that it is the perfect mix of warm and breathable. Thanks again for such great products! February 1, 2013
Fantastic Base and Stand Alone Layer Love this piece fantastic as a base layer or as a stand alone layer. I have used It to run in during the winter, and hike in during cooler temps as a stand alone layer. Works well in both cases. I'm 5'11" 167lbs with a 42" chest, 34" sleve, 32" waist and 34" inseam. So fairly long legs medium torso and trim. I chose the large and I'm completely satisfied with the fit. Washes well and feels super. I shall buy another before this wears out! January 12, 2013
Quality Performance The Sprint base layers are my favorite performance base layers from Icebreaker. They are durable thanks to the blend of lycra, and they breathe well. I use the Zip for a wide range of activities (from jogging to hiking) in weather ranging from fairly warm to near freezing. The thumb loops are a plus if any activities involve lots of motion. The zip also comes halfway down, to the middle of your chest, which is a huge plus if you really need to vent some heat. This top has a true next to skin "Bodyfit" so if you like things loose you may need to go up one size. But this top gets regular use for my outdoor activities (thanks to the no-stink and quick-dry elements of merino), and I highly recommend it. June 26, 2012
Perfect weight for CA Icebreaker's 200 line is the perfect weight for California. Any thicker and you'd overheat. The zip goes down low so you have a lot of venting options and the collar is high enough to keep your neck warm on chilly days. These features make the Sprint perfect for the changing conditions of San Francisco. My one quibble is that the forearms were too tight for the first few wearings, but it has since stretched out. Good Running Shirt I purchased this shirt, mostly for running, working out, and just wearing around the house. Found that it fits very comfortable, and doesn't hang loose after a few hours of wearing. Had no problems with washing or drying. Only bad thing I didn't like about the product was that it has a zipper that goes all the way down to the middle of my chest, and zips up very snug against the middle of the throat. Haven't had it long enough to actually put it through a wear and tear moment yet. That's just my personal opinion though. All in all I would highly recommend this shirt for anyone. Not too expensive, but not cheap either so you know your getting your money worth out of the product. January 4, 2011
