Pretty Much Perfect I wear the Rush Tight jogging in the mornings. It is pretty much perfect for me. I am 5'4" 135lbs 39" hip. I wear a medium even though the size chart says I could be a small -- the small is most definitely too tight for me. The medium has no issues with either the waist or the hip. The pants do not fall and are not see through for me. The length hits maybe an inch or two below the knee. There is a small pocket in the back above the hip for house keys. As with all icebreaker products, these pants excel during cold weather activities that produce a lot of sweat. The pants breathe like no synthetic ever has. Next plan is to wear these to soccer. Very good running tights I'm a pretty competitive runner — I ask a lot of my running gear. When I first received these in the mail, I was not impressed. The crotch was baggy and the fit around the waist and hips seemed too loose. (I'm 5'6", about 115lbs, and always take an XS in IB and other brands.) This was actually the first IB purchase I've made that I seriously contemplated returning. But in the end I decided to give them a shot. I've not worn these for speed work yet, but these really work well for the more casual runs that I've done. I sweat buckets, and I'm not sure that I'll be wearing these during the summer months, but for shoulder season runs that aren't too sweaty, I really like these. And they're versatile: I went from running with my kids' indoor running club to an hour-long winter run with a light "plastic" legging on top. These need a drawcord, though. It would be great to see these slightly tweaked (maybe with mesh panelling in areas?) to encourage breathability, much the way that the high(er) performance tops have been designed. March 14, 2013
Almost Perfect Love these tights except it needs a drawstring to keep it from falling off when the elasticity in the waist loosens or when I lose weight. December 4, 2012
Could use more spandex They are great pants but I would like a bit more clinginess to them by adding more spandex. Also, I am tall (5' 9") and the hem rides up to the bottom of my knees which is a little less flattering and less comfortable. Otherwise they are nicer to wear than synthetics. I wear them running and paddling. May 1, 2012
a bit sheer I wear these tights to run in a few times a week. There are many things I love about them: they're comfortable for a range of temperatures (probably 30-50F) and they don't stink. I like the pocket, the length, and the fit. So why only three stars? They're a bit sheer. I always make sure I'm wearing black underwear underneath but I'm a little paranoid that I'm "that person" flashing his/her underwear to everyone else on the trail. April 20, 2012
