Great base layer!
Bought this, in the pink colour, to go along with my Pace leggings. It's a great piece to wear as a base layer when I x-c ski, run, or cycle in the winter time. I have had this for a couple of months now, only during colder weather, so I can't speak to what sort of temperature range this will be useful come warmer weather. But I can see wearing it all seasons (I'm in northern Canada).
I'm 5'6", ~115 lbs. I took the XS. The arms are the right length (they fit as the model) and the length in the torso is similar to the model as well. Only downside is that I find that it tends to come untucked sometimes.
Also — the flatlocked seams are essential. I find myself reaching for this shirt (and other pieces from the GT line) frequently over the BodyFit line because of the flatlocked seams. I tend towards high intensity outdoor activities, however, and sweat a ton. For regular wear, the BodyFit line is fine.
I've been gradually replacing all of my activewear with IB because of its high quality merino wool. I tend to get very cold when I'm wet, and I find merino wool really helps me regulate my body temperature. I'll wear this with a lesser quality merino wool layer over top and I find that the other layer will pick up odour, even while the IB layer beneath doesn't. Some merino wool magic, I guess. And, of course, there are other bonuses like this wears so much better than any other merino wool I've ever owned. Not doing as much laundry and not wearing out clothes as quickly are important factors in purchasing clothing, and IB is simply incomparable to everything else on the market. Good work!

excellent icebreaker quality
I pay for quality and performance when I purchase Icebreaker products. Do to the cost of Icebreaker articles, it is a bit of a hit on my monthly overheads, but I only have to buy the one product, it preforms top quality, and it washes easily. My only concern is the neck openning is extremely small. I understand this is for performance, however, I find it uncomfortably so. I have been told it does stretch out, so I have hope.

Very happy with purchase
Love merino wool! I recently purchased Icebreaker short-sleeved crew shirts to use as base layers. They've kept me very comfortable as temperatures drop, especially when cycling. After a steep, sweaty climb, the fabric wicks the moisture off your skin to keep you comfortable on the chilly descents!
Ordered this long-sleeved design and am so glad I did. Perfect fit. Great style. True to size. Love it!

Love Icebreaker
Love this long sleeve crew from Icebreaker. I have an Icebreaker tank top and prefer it over my other wool shirts. This long sleeve crew fits true to size, it is form fitting without being overly snug. I recently wore this on an overnight and stayed toasty warm in 20 degree temps and had no issues with the fabric being scratchy. I am also pleased to report that when I returned home after a significant warm up in temps there were no lingering odors. Shirt works as a layering piece, but is not see-thru so can be worn alone. I will definitely continue to purchase Icebreaker wool.

Ice breaker
Great fit. Very comfortable and durable. I have worn it rock climbing and it holds up rubbing against rock. It keeps you warm but not too hot. It hasn't lost color, even after several washes.

Depends on your build
I loved that it was available in my favorite shade of fuchsia, and that it had longer sleeves with thumb holes. When I tried it on though, the arms were not fitted enough. This seemed like a bit more of a casual workout piece to me than something to use as a base layer because of the fit. The Oasis body fit crew was more fitted and so a better next to skin layering piece for me. I am 5'4" and about 125 lbs and tried on a small.
