Thin & Lightweight I was looking for a glover liner that would fit under my motorcycle gloves to add a bit of warmth. They had to be thin, but silk liners don't hold up and get caught on velcro. But the icebreaker morino wool liners seem like they will do the job! March 28, 2013
Great for a lightweight glove I use the liners as a lightweight glove. They work well in moderate climates while going in and out of buildings without hands starting to sweat. You can grab credit cards and even use your iPhone without taking them off! Love them. As for fit, they run small. I am a petite female and I wear size small. February 16, 2013
Best liners out there. Both my wife and I have been using these Icebreaker glove liners for the past 7 years, we really like that they are super thin yet create a great amount of warmth. They may not be as durable as some but they are totally worth it. February 17, 2012
I've only used this glove liner once as a liner (and it worked well) but I really like using it as a thin glove alone. I live in the city and it's hard to dig out my subway card with "normal" thicker gloves. I like being able to wear these and still use my hands. The wool fabric is flexible and things don't slip out of my hands. Obviously they wouldn't be warm enough alone for longer stays outside but they are really great alone for commuting. July 27, 2011
Great little liners These glove liners are great, far warmer then I expected for their size and thickness. They are thin enough to easily slip under my work gloves but provide a great amount of warmth. I have even worn them by themselves whilst running when the evenings were getting cold. Overall a great product, very well made and more than what I expected. Yet another top quality product from Icebreaker. I must remember to thank my sister for putting me on to this brand. Sweet! Performs as stated! I'd warn all glove wearers to make sure your wearing the right size glove (shell). To much, to little will not allow effective protection against the elements. This item is perfect for those who experience periods of activity followed by inactivity. The liner performs as a wicking layer and a layer of warmth. December 9, 2007
Keeps the Fingers Warm These 200 glove liners are great for a variety of uses including hiking, jogging, travel, and the outdoors in general. They keep my hands warm in cool conditions while breathing and not making my hands sweat (which would then make them cold). I couldn't be more pleased; mine have held up well after many uses over time. In finding the right size, they slip right on and are comfortable from minute one. The only side factors to consider is that you can't really safely grip many things with these on (including a steering wheel, typically) because they are pretty slick, due to the nature of the fabric; Also, if the wind is really heavy, you may want a shell to go over these if it is really cold out. With that, mine have worked out great! Very functional gloves overall; definitely glad I got them! June 25, 2012
Size chart please! From reading other reviews, I guessed that a small glove would fit - wrong! I am a 5'5" woman with average sized hands. The small was much too short in the fingers. I'm returning the gloves, hoping the medium will be better and still fit inside the gloves I want to use them with. January 24, 2012
I am a 5'10 female 158 lbs. and these gloves fit nicely. They were a bit long in the fingers but overall very comfortable for wearing inside of my snowboard gloves all day. They are very lightweight and the seams are soft and comfortable. I really liked being able to take off my snowboard gloves to strap onto my snowboard but still having the icebreaker gloves on to keep my hands warm. With regard to durability I rated fair as I have only used them for two all day snowboard trips. January 9, 2011
Comfortable, but watch out for size! Material is very soft against the skin. I bought a medium, thinking a small would be too large--considering that there are women who have smaller hands than myself. However, the fingertips are a bit long (I want to be able to wear the gloves while typing...being the cold-handed person that I am) The material is non-constricting. In short, if you are a woman with average sized hands (not too small, not to large) I suggest ordering a small. March 1, 2010
Fits small I am usually a large in everything...jackets, shirts, shorts, pants, gloves, hats. I ordered a large in these and my fingers wouldn't even go into the fingers of the glove. Size up if you get them. February 18, 2012
poor stitching.......... I have several Icebraker products and like the product, however, when I was looking for a glove liner in the store...several of the icebreaker glove's sticthing was alreading pulling apart! November 20, 2012
bad quality stitching, good warmth They came apart the second time I used them!!! Thats crappy quality if you ask me. I wore them inside my gloves when I went snowboarding and then the next time I went I noticed two holes, the next time I wore them they each had 3 holes per gloves, big wholes. I would not recommend these January 2, 2008
The worst -- fall apart at the seams Same experience as above. After one day's wear the thumb seam opened, after two days the thumb was 80% off. Returned them to the store and the second pair did the same thing June 29, 2009
Comfy with good fit, but poor quality Same experience as above. After one day's wear the thumb seam opened, after two days the thumb was 80% off. The next day the fabric split (like a run in nylons) and the index finger stitching opened up. They were very comfortable and fit well; too bad the manufacturing quality is so poor. February 5, 2008
