basic cool weather t shirt
this is a 'form fit' shirt. go up a size and it will be perfect-still pretty 'form fitting'. i have 2 and they have held up very well in all ways. if you are reading this, you probably already know the amazing benefits of merino.

Performs. Breathes. Durable.
This top makes for an excellent base layer virtually any time of the year (as long as it's not too hot). It performs beautifully, being able to be worn several times before needing a wash and keeping me warm and insulated when it's cool out. At the same time, the body-hugging fit allows it to breathe naturally so you can release heat if you're building up too much. And as long as you follow the care instructions, this top looks just like new for a while. Great for jogging, hiking, etc. I can't wait to get more!

Comfortable Dry Warm
Great base layer piece. Fit's a little on the small size, I'm 6' and 200lbs and a large fits me well. This top is warm and comfortable against the skin. New Zealand brands are known for quality products.

Love it !!!
I just bought it on a recent trip to NZ and i wear it to workout and to run. It fits great and most important, feels great as a first layer. The close hugging fit makes for easy movement.

Making the skinny look buff
My wife says that this shirt makes me look buff. I could stop typing there, what else do you really need to know?
But aside from the form-fitting cut, which does make your upper torso look broader, this garment is a perfect layering piece for cold morning runs or wet climbs in the Cascades. It's also effective on its own, as a T-shirt that is comfortable, looks great, and can be worn many times before it needs washing.

Excellent
Wonderful baselayer at any time of year (though this weight is probably at its best in spring and autumn). Hard wearing and very comfortable to wear. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to people.

Easy to wash
I use my Icebreaker clothes to travel. They are lightweight and super easy to wash and dry on the road. Plus I get to wear them multiple days with no smell! Excellent!

I wear this shirt every day
If you want the best possible base later, this is it. I own a dozen of these shirts and they're the first thing I put on every morning. I wear them three seasons (and sometimes during the summer). The shirt DOES fit skin tight - by design. I'm 6'3", 175 and I wear a medium. I'm active most of the day and this shirt does a great job helping to manage sweat. The merino doesn't work miracles, but it's much better than any synthetic. And as far as I can tell, they never wear out (I know that's not true but I've been buying and wearing them for a couple of years and I can't tell which ones I bought first and which are the newest ones.) So, yes, I love the shirt. It may not be for everyone, but if you're active and are looking for a skin tight nearly year round base layer, this is it.

Excellent product
I have been using this top as a base layer for cycling and hiking and liked it so much I now use one on a daily basis as the weather gets colder and as a t-shirt when the weather is in the 60's. It is form fitting and covers such a wide range of temperatures you can start out on a cold day and not overheat as the weather turns warmer. It is well constructed and I believe of a better overall quality then base layers I have from other well known outdoor companies. I would definitely recommend this Crew Top over any other I have used.

Just what I was looking for
Light weight but gets the job done. My only recommendation is to go up a size unless you want it skin tight. I normally wear a large and went with the XL which was perfect.

good product; too tight fitting
good product; is too tight in the arms and chest (large size)- I'm 5'9" and wear a medium or large in all other t-shirts.
