The Cascade Full Zip is KA!
I have this awesome "jacket" in a deep red. I ordered a lg. I am 5'7" and 145 pounds and busty. It works for everything. Hiking, winter wear, layers, under a shell, chilly mornings. Perfect cut with just enough room not to be tight. Icebreaker is my new favorite. Slowly replacing items that are NOT wool.

My Holy Grail
In lieu of full disclosure: I own every product in the Cascade line in black; the vest, the full zip, and the hoodie. I absolutely love this weight and design. I am neither slender nor fat: 5'6", 140lbs, 39 waist, 38DD chest. The medium is a perfect fit in all three products. This jacket can make any figure look good, even if you're not at your optimal shape.
I don't like to wear many heavy layers and tend to get warmer than most, so I wear a thin layer underneath (cotton or merino) on cool days. On cold days, I put a light merino jacket on top of the ensemble. If you want to wear thicker fabrics underneath, do size up.
One person commented that the size they ordered online didn't fit the same as the one they tried in the store. I have found that this year's Cascade products are a tad bit roomier than the year before. But that said...
This zippers on this year's jackets and vests are much higher quality! I have the old hoodie and the zipper itself is very thin. This year's is much sturdier. It makes me wish I'd held off and purchased the newer iteration.
I will say I do like the old zipper pull tabs better because I feel like they are easier to grip. If they'd combine the old pull tabs with this year's zipper hefty chain gauge the jacket would be perfect.
I respect a company that increases quality over the years, rather than cutting corners. Thanks Icebreaker!

Beautiful in every way
I was skeptical that a Small size would fit, even though the model is 5'9" and is wearing SM. I am 5'6" 123 and it fits me and my long arms perfectly. If I were to put more than a normal t-shirt under it, I might need to go up in size, as my bust is 32DD. But as is I will wear an Icebreaker shirt under it.
It is soooo beautiful. I love the subtle color and the fit and all the pockets, and especially the fact that it is feminine, yet warm and practical.

Warm, comfy fleece
This is one of my favorite fleece jackets. As with all Icebreaker, it is made of merino wool but after washing a few times any initial itchiness disappears and the garment becomes incredibly soft and fabulous (I think it actually gets better as you wash it). The Cascade fleece is fitted but I would say it is true-to-size. If you're looking for a more relaxed fit you may want to size up. The pockets are great: two at the hip and one on the left arm. I like the slightly longer curved back hem to cover the rear. The zipper has a wind guard and there is a small loop at the collar for hanging on a hook. Oh, and it really doesn't stink even after multiple wears between washing. Great staple!

Favourite
I am petite, with long arms and a long torso. However, I am also athletic with broad shoulders. I have a very difficult time finding clothing that fits well. This items fits perfectly, it's comfortable, and the cut is very flattering.
I bought this item about 6 months ago and wear it almost daily. It still looks great. It's lightweight and warm. The ONLY thing I would suggest, as the reviewer on Oct 27/2012 stated, is the inclusion of a zipper that can be unzipped from the bottom. This is a long-torsoed item and it always curls at the bottom because of the length. I am looking at buying another in a different colour!

Excellent top. Super warm. Perfect fit. I wear it as a liner to my coats. Comfortable. Pockects are warm. Form fitting. There is a convenient zipper on the upper arm.

Wonderful Icebreaker
I've owned this for a year now, and absolutely love it. I wear it mainly as a jacket for cool days in Fall & Spring, and as a sweater in the winter. I like the super soft interior, warmth-to-weight ratio, nice length past my hips, and the flattering cut. I am 5'5", 125lbs, A chest, and I bought the Medium so that I could wear a thicker layer underneath. The Small does fit but was more form fitting, and I tend to like a little bit of room under the arms. The only thing I would change is to have the zipper open from the bottom up, so that it doesn't curl after sitting. Given the length, it always curls.

Excellent!
I'm 5'2'', 100lbs (32-26-34), and the XS fits extremely well. (I prefer a tighter fit.) I can wear a layer or two underneath this jacket, no problem, as long as they're thin layers. The XS is perfect for my needs, but I'd definitely go with a S for a looser fit or if I wanted to wear more/thicker layers underneath.
I haven't tested the jacket in colder weather yet, but it does a wonderful job of keeping me warm in my very cold office! It's incredibly soft, and I love the deep pockets. I actually prefer tops/jackets that *don't* have thumbholes- so what's a downside for several other reviewers is a plus for me!

Love Icebreaker
I am 5'7" and weigh 137 lb. I wear Icebreaker in size large. The Women's Cascade Full Zip Fleece Jacket fit's me perfectly but it is on the tight side. I also purchased it in XL when I want more warmth and wear another layer underneath.

My new favorite layer
I'm a huge icebreaker fan, and this product met all my expectations. The jacket is more stylish than a traditional fleece (and doesn't pill like one either). It is warm enough to wear on its own on a fall day, but I've been wearing it as a sweater indoors and under a light coat outdoors for an extra layer of insulation. It's fitted enough that it fits under my jackets/coasts without being too bulky. I normally wear an extra small or a small in icebreaker tops, depending on the fit. I ordered this jacket in a small and I have enough room to layer underneath it without the jacket appearing large.

Fit different than store
I really needed this for a trip I am taking next week. I had tried on the hooded version of this jacket in store last winter. It was kind of tight so I ordered the large here. I just received it and it is too big and doesn't have the thumb holes which were key for me. everything else seems fine but I am returning it based on those two things. I will order something else in Medium this time, if they can get it to me in time. I am a 36 across the chest and think i have slightly broad shoulders...rest is fairly average in size.

great jacket color bright
This is a very comfy jacket. I got the red and it was so bright i dyed it to a deeper darker red, and i love it. Otherwise it is a bit fire engine red. I wish it had the thumb holes in the sleeves and a two way zipper so when you are sitting down the jacket doesn't curl up. I love the length of the jacket and the hood fits fantastic. It is very warm. It was a little tight behind the shoulders but after washing it and stretching that area as it dried it is now fine.

Love it!
Love this jacket, it is very light weight but keeps me warm, is a great extra layer. I use it when I play with my horses, as I hate to be all bulked up, but want to be warm.
